  3. Inhale to lift your chest and lengthen your spine, keeping your gaze forward.
  4. Exhale, bend your elbows out to the sides, and fold deeper, bringing your chest towards your thighs. If your hamstrings are tight, keep a slight bend in your knees.
  5. Keep your thighs engaged and continue to lift your sit bones upward.
  6. Hold for 5-10 breaths or as long as you feel comfortable.
  7. To exit the pose, release your toes, inhale, and lift your torso back to a standing position.
